Upgrade Head for 120R

This upgrade enhances the fully CNC ported head from Harley-Davidson. The intake comes standard with our 1.800 inlet port to enhance flow.  The exhaust port is where we placed most of our attention. When sizing down the exhaust port it becomes much more efficient. We offer two solutions for this issue. Your first option is to increase the exhaust valve size while leaving the port and cross section in its standard shape and size. The other option is our fully welded exhaust port to reshape the port floor and size down the cross section. This is referred to as our welded upgrade and is available at an additional charge.

Heads need to be examined before the welding process begins.

Description

T-Man’s Upgrade Head for 120R

This head comes with T-Man Performance’s signature reshaped intake and exhaust ports to enhance flow and port velocity.  They then install oversized intake and exhaust seats. This process allows the intake and exhaust ports to work with their custom made 2.130 intake and 1.680 exhaust valves, with corrected geometry built in. Both intake and exhaust ports are hand finished, then machined with their multi-angled cutters to insure a smooth flow rate. The chambers are fully CNC ported to insure consistency from head to head. This port comes with an optional 1.900 inlet and optional welded exhaust. Check the specifications table for details on compatibility with your existing components.

Head packages require your heads to be sent to Ground Poundin Kustomz for work to be completed. 
* When not using T-Man Performance pistons the builder is responsible for checking all valve to piston clearances. 
** If during the welding process, heads crack then Ground Poundin Kustomz is not responsible for replacement and up-charges to repair.
