The next step up for horsepower and torque is also our most popular selling kit for the touring and long distance rider as well as the rider wanting to hot rod around town. This kit comes with one of three inlet sizes to accommodate either the stock throttle body (1.710) or the oversized throttle bodies (1.760 and 1.800). We recommend the oversized throttle body (55mm or 58mm) for best results.  The recommended cams are the 590PS, 625PS or the 660PS2. If any cam over 625 lift is used, we recommend roller rocker arms and Dual Springs. Cam selection is based on your desired performance and riding style needs.

Twin Cam: Pro-Touring Elite Kit

This kit starts with our Pro-Touring head with our new port design. This kit has already proven itself, producing an excellent power level while delivering a smooth torque band throughout the RPM range.

This kit also has upgrades to consider. You can choose the 1.710 inlet opening that will work with a modified stock throttle body or the 1.760 as well as the 1.800  inlet opening that are designed to be used with an oversized throttle body. Couple this with our fully CNC ported intake and exhaust ports and chambers that are hand finished to maximize the flow and consistency.

When using your stock cylinders you have two bore sizes to choose from:

  • The standard 95” which is a 3.875 bore or, increase the motor displacement with the larger 3.937 bore making it a 98”.
  • The 95” / 98” kit uses your existing 4” stroke flywheel assembly and no case modifications are required.
  • The standard 103” which is a 3.875 bore or, increase the motor displacement with the larger 3.937 bore making it a 107”.
  • The 103” / 107” kit uses your existing 4.375” stroke flywheel assembly and no case modifications are required.

When utilizing a cam with a lift larger than 625, we recommend Dual Valve Springs instead of the Beehive Springs supplied standard with this kit for an additional charge of $42.00.

Kit packages require your cylinders and heads be sent to Ground Poundin Kustomz for work to be completed. 

* When NOT using T-Man Performance pistons the builder is responsible for checking all valve to piston clearances.
