T-MAN NAKASIL 124 Cylinder/Piston Kits

At T-Man Performance, the 124 kits feature an aluminum outer with a ductile iron liner. When making the move back to ductile liners, it allows them to move the ring tension higher and gave us a superior selection of ring styles that work better with all the new materials being used in today’s market – while not increasing the running temperature of the motors and yet improving the ring seal. All of their cylinder kits are designed to be used with an off the shelf S&S crank (when using a .090 tool steel pin it puts your piston weight within 2 grams of the weight S&S uses to balance their 124 flywheel assembly) or they can supply you with a Pro Lightened crank balanced to the weight. In order for us to help, we need to know the head volume. Three piston styles are available for these kits. One for stock cylinder casting, one for the CVO casting and one 10˚angle top piston. Specifications are provided below for each.

These cylinder kits do require cases to be bored before installing.
